Senior Architect
Coordination with Principal Architect, Liaisoning Architect & other consultants for Concept Finalization.
Interacting with the clients as well as the consultants involved in the project
Site visits as and when required
Preparation of the concept drawings, presentation drawings, submission drawings, working drawings, and detail drawings as per the requirements
Knowledge of local and government regulations, building codes, and local planning and zoning laws
Coordinate with the design team for providing inputs from regulatory approval point of view.

Junior Architect
Study & analysis of concept design prepared by Senior Architect.
Compilation of all design input data prepared by Architects, Structural & MEP consultants.
Preparation of the concept drawings, presentation drawings, submission drawings, working drawings and detail drawings as per the requirements.
Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Institutional experience.
